never received court judgement

When I ran credit report, I noticed a judgement from capital one. I fell behind on the payment jan 2001, and just couln't make the payment. Since then i had to move several times and lost the all of the credit card information. The creditors started calling me and letting me know I am behind payment, and we worked out the payment. I have paid off all but the capital one. To this day, cap one have not contacted me. They just hired COHEN & SLAMOWITZ for collection, and cohen went to court and filed the law suit in Jan 2007 and won the judgement of $5800 in Feb 2007 in civil court of NY king county. I became WA state resident in Mar.2006. and they knew my newer address. Cohen and his associates have been checking on my credit for contact information, and yet they did not contacted me regarding this debt and the law suit. I am in need of a good lawyer who can vacate this judgement. any suggestions?
