My husband was in a car accident 7 months ago he is paralyzed and in a coma I have been keeping up with his credit card debts paying the minimum its is becoming impossible to keep up because now we have medical debts as well the credit cards are in his name only I use my neme for mine am I responsible for his cc debts.. can they put a judgement or lein on our home?
