I do not believe your partnership assets could be touched in a BK,there is a Fl. Uniform Partnership Act which would exempt them from BK.

You are probably "judgment proof" but remember, the same exemptions that allow you to be judgment proof also apply to BK(which would end the aggrevation and prevent garnishment .

As to garnishment, if you are earning above the limits, and are NOT "head of household", i.e. earning more than your spouse,you can,and likely will be garnished.
