got a call from a ca--for my husband and i--stated he did a property search [on machine]--did not tell where he was from--he stated that the property was in our names--well the joke is on him because only i own the house-- can some CA go after the property if the debt is in both my husbands and my name. Was he using this message to scare me? nothing can happen without a lawsuit?
