Ok OC Sol for lawsuit is Sol. Midland Credit has reinserted same old debt twice under new acct.# and two different dates. Also one is under Midland and Other one is listed Midland Credit. OC was FCNB PRFCH. Now Midland has old debt listed as
Midland
FCNBSPIE bogus acct #
Midland Credit
Bogus acct.# same as above this
Then Wolpoff&Abromson is driving me crazy with phone calls and their Acct; for Midland Credit Management assignee of FCNB Spiegel. Of course their acct # starts with WA
I asked for C&D Valdation from W&A. all I got was an offer to settle forHalf of 851.00 of course if I dont pay by 3/23 They will accept payment terms on full amt. And that if I pay by 3/23 they will cease all collection activities. Of course no validation just upped the amt of bill. I'm sorrythis is so long but I want to clarify. The only one who threatened to sue was an employee that called in Feb. Not recorded so no proof.
