It is state taxes. And no, our dogs are inside the house when we are gone, but the entire yard is fenced in by a chain link fence, no lock on the fence either. So, I have no clue why they would not even put it on the door. Any idea what they can do to me and how long it will take? I guess I have to respond within five days of receipt of the letter. I could almost say I never received it, with being attatched to the fence it could have blown away, right? LOL
