The problem with credit cards and BK is that they all do AR sweeps to review your credit situation. Most of them, when they see a BK on your credit, will automatically CLOSE your account, whether its at a zero balance with good history or not. So, paying them down to zero and not including them in your BK is no guarantee that you'll be able to 'keep' it anyway.
