A Friend of mine who's daughter works as a temp in an Atty's office in Akron Ohio told her that Ohio law says aftyer seven yrs.on credit report. A ca or Atty. can go back and refile and come after you for payment. And place it back on your credit report legally. Then sue you for amt.+ Have you heard this? I thought they could only sue you for judgement once and only within SOL time limits.and only renew if a judgement was placed within legal time frame. I dont know if he's a collection atty.
