My question is, I have a old debt from jan. of 1996 that we thought was gone in a BK that was filed back in 1997. We have filed 6 ch. 13 since oct of 97 due to forclosure, but none of them went to completion. I keep getting hounded on a unsecured loan for a food service deal that I am wondering if they can still come after this after all this time. Any knowledge would be appreicated.
