LadyNRed, I have a question for you please. I posted previously under "Bipolar and Bankruptcy" if you need to know our situation. The credit card company that extended the loan to us knew that we were a risk when they made us the loan. When I inquired about the percentage rate, the CC rep quoted me an interest rate and told me it was because our debt-to-income ratio was high. Do credit card companies assume any responsibility when making you a loan in this situation? It looks to me like they used really bad judgment too. Thanks for your help and God bless.
