Credit Union was paid in full

Ok, I re-affirmed with my credit union and paid it in full. It was for a pair of jet skis. They are showing all kinds of lates, as many as 13 on CR. They report incl in bk, no other info. I have last 12 months of payments, it shows late pays, but also shows that is was paid before due dates. Also, can you dispute sol on accounts that were included in bk if they are past sol???
