S&P capital investments--re-aged account, charge off, etc

Circuit city account sold to S&P capital.. They have re-aged account.. Fall off date has been extended by 2 years... Ive gone through cra's and stated it has been re-aged.. they will no longer investigate.. what options do I have? How can they do this? I have my credit report from 2 years ago showing fall off date and charge off date. Can I send that to the cra's? What options do I have? thanks
