Refusing to give that info yells 'scam collector', what are they afraid of if they're legit ??? You have the right to request, in writing, that the CA cease communications. By refusing to give you an address, they are blocking your rights to request they C&D !

If you post the CA's name, we can find you their mailing address ;)
