BK 1998, oc reports deliq for 2002. Most have re-aged, are the allowed to keep re-aging after bk? Acct that was re-affirmed shows no info on that, and
its been paid in full as agreed. Only shows acct inc in bk. Can I do sol letter on bk oc's to CR if its past sol?
Current debts: Three cc two years past due now. Crosscntry, Aria, orchardbank. Any advice on how to work out settelments with above? Original amount owed was less than 500 on each. Now are all between 700.00-1100.00. How about medical bills, anyone have luck with them at all? I owe oakwood hosp around 550.00. Last question, how can i find out sale date of repo that is now a judment? Thanks to anyone that can help. I am in Michigan.
