My husband and I won the hearing in the District Justice court concerning a deficiency loan on a repossessed car in 1994. On the last day to appeal, they appealled. We received a letter via certified mail from the CA's representative. Attached to the letter is a pink carbon copy of "Notice of Appeal" from District Justice Judgment. It states the appellant, their address and claim # and also the signature of the rep. It has nothing concerning date, time, instructions, nothing....what do we do from here??? We have already filed a complaint with the State Attorney General Office (Pennsylvania) and also with the FTC. But we don't know what to do with this and how to reply. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
