Lady , if a person wants to validate isnt it best to do that 1st with a seperate request ??? now once if validated or not you than send them a C&D becouse C&D as you know means they can no longer legally contact you so if you sent a validation request AND a C&D "together" how or why would they now contact you with any validation because you sent them a CEASE communications order also .. just my opinion but the ONLY time i would ever send in a C&D order is if im 100% sure its past SOL .. bye , kelly ......
