Check out Fort Sill National Bank at www.fsnb.com They dont' use Chexsystems and they don't do a credit check either. If you are within driving distance of any of their branches, I highly recommend them. I've been with them for about three months now, and I just love the service. Free checking, a VISA check card, free online access, and the people there are super nice and always helpful.

One trick, don't call the 800 number to open an account. Unless you live in a city VERY close to Ft. Sill, they'll tell you that you can't open an account. But if you contact your nearest branch, they'll do it. I opened my account at the Oceanside, CA bank, and I live about 80 miles up the coast from them.
