You're a 'total wreck over this"? How could you not be. Part of the CA strategy is to frighten, harass, and stun people into emotional reaction so that their mental processes are interrupted. Thus, they fork over cash which in a sound state of mind they would never do.
No one has the right to make you a wreck over anything, period. Call your doctor at once and have him put your distress on record in full detail. You are documenting this permanently, it may help down the road should these scumbags try some misuse of the legal system to get your money to pay for their weekend repasts with gibbons, or whatever it is that fulfills them.
Remember, if you hire a CA, they keep a third of what they collect and give you the rest. These bank lickspittles buy your account for a penny on the dollar, and keep all they can glom. Nice racket.
Of interest, "CA" when seen on patient medical reports denotes "cancer". Applies to the CA's as covered in these postings. Let's give 'em some nice radiation treatments.
