What was the 180 late date? NY has a 6 yrs SOL. After being charged off a collection agence will start calling (do not take their call's unless you are able to pay the steatelment they ask for)CCCC is for the birds - I went that road and got burned - FCT shut them down and now I'm waiting for the case to go to court to see if I'll even get any of my 31K they still have.... I wish you luck - I'm in the same boat as you..... A few of mine will come off in about 4 yrs.... Still holding my breath here that they don't sue me...
