I have been making way below minimum payments for the last 6 months, this month i havent sent anything..as far as i can judge, it has just been charged off and turned over to this group..have not been summoned for judgement or anything, all i received was the letter saying that they had purchased the account and stating that if i wanted to validate i must do so in 30 days...now what do i do...thanks
