Send them a letter disputing the account and requesting proof of your application and the amounts they are claiming. You say you were paying "minimum" payments, however you still didn't say WHEN you got your first LATE notice or WHEN you last paid the OC on a regular monthly billing statement. Here is a sample letter to use for validation.DO NOT CALL THEM!!! DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY PHONE CALLS FROM THEM!!
