I'm not sure why you don't believe this. If you look at the application for Sam's Club with the terms and agreements in it, it specifically says the company aquires a "purchase money security agreement" in anything bought at Sam's Club. The typical credit card is unsecured, not secured. It specifically says in there Sam's has a right to repossess goods purchased at the store, and that once they are repossessed, the customer can "purchase" them back from Sam's.
I'm telling you these guys opened our mail box and looked through eveything, and they turned the front door handle, I presume to see if the door was unlocked. I have no doubt that, if the door had been unlocked, they would have let themselves in.
