IMO- any small claims case against any CA is an exercise in futility.Their petty cash funds take care of settlng these suits in advance @ the $1,000. level. Unless they are sued in a higher court, for bigger stakes, they are not even required to report the claim to their liability insurance. The ONLY way, IMO to stop their and others like them illegal activities is for the FTC and/or the Ca. AG's office to get off their a$$es. The only way THAT will happen is for EVERYONE to report an file complaints EACH AND EVERY TIME.
