I have 2 Civil judgements on my credit report which were both entered by the same individual. The problem is that the amount is completely incorrect along with the issue that this matter was being solved through the court system. By order of the court I am on a payment plan, so how can this individual take it upon themself to claim a civil judgement against me. This case is in NY, Kings County Family Court and was entered on my report in 98' & 2000,by a vendictive individual. Q#2 how do I procceed with a motion to vacate. Do I have a chance?
