Hello everyone I have a question after I sent a letter to validate and they return a letter back to me saying that they had asked thier client to investigate the matter and as of this date have not received no information from their client and therfore they are closing our file and returning the account to First consumer nation bank which is the credit card. Do I just stop the process here or do I way until First consumer national bank takes it next step? I am in texas and the debt is from 1/02
