We have attorneys coming after us for Discover Card.
Discover Card charged off our account and now six months later we got a summons from the court to appear and defend their(the attorneys) complaint against us
We just had our house foreclosed, our car is just about to be repossed my husband isn't working steady and we're behind on everything. What can the attorneys do or get from us if we have nothing.
