I was wondering, can the OC or CA actually sue you and get a judgement on you if they cannot get in contact with you? I live in TX. I have had some troubles and about $32,000 on 5 cards is about to be charged off in the next 60 days. I cannot pay them, even a settlement. I keep getting UNAVAILABLE phone calls which I always have got and I have always ignored but I'm guessing some of them are the OC trying to see what the deal is. If they can never get in contact with me what will happen?
