Many companies are of late playing good cop to the CA's bad cop routine. I vote with Patti and all other great people on this site, never hire others to do what you can do on your own.
RE the SOL, this seems to be yet another tactic of late by CA's and the collection lawyers, namely, claiming that somehow you caused the statute to restart. As beloved family physician and pest control specialist Dr. H. Lecter would say, "Tedious, very tedious". They are full of bullshale and live eneuretic fear of being found out. Just more courtroom bluffoonery.
