Ok if you are positive the accounts were charged off 5 years ago you are fine. The sol in your state is a mere 3 years. I would send why chats SOL letter along with a line that tells them to cease and desist all communcation with you including both phone and mail and be done with it. Do not sign the letter. Send it certified. back it with fax if you can. good luck.
