It was a letter. I believe the last payment on this debt would have been around 90. But I have no way of proving it other than it has fallen off credit and that I remarried in 93. This is the first I have been approached. NCO says they are assignee for BP OIL. DO I send Validation to NCO or SOL letter?. Nothing on paper as to 30 days to dispute .
