Hi everyone I have a question I am in tx I read somewhere in the follow-ups that why chat mention that texas is a community property state. What does that mean? Another thing I am being sue by citibank and I contest to the sue my court date was for Feb 3 and was order by the attorney for a motion for continuance. My question is who many motions for continuance can the attorney file. My next court date is for May 3.
