Equifax - Reaging--- CAN THEY DO THIS?

Hi, I just rec'd my Equifax report... there are several accts that I had in 93 and 94 that now say last activity 98 or 99.... what do i do... also can they put a civil suit filed on the credit report even though it was dismissed??
