so, i shouldn't request validation? I should just send the collector your Sol. letter. Also, after I send the collector sol. letter i will then send your letter to the cra's. will they actually delete the account? have you seen it work?


Your letter to the cra's after sending sol letter to collectors. What about the 7 year rule/law where negative info stays for 7 years? How does your letter get around that? Is this something you drew up or is it actual law? Im just curious what the success rate is with people sending a letter to the cra's stating that items past my states sol must be removed from there report. Can you provide more detail? Does it work. According to everything Ive read and heard from the cra's negative items remain for 7 years..
