There is a SOL for judgments and a legal interest rate for each State.You can find yours by gong to my website and clicking on State SOLS.

If someone gets a judgment, they can then get aa lien against your property, a writ of garnishment or whatever other legal enforcement is allowed. If you get a judgment, you need to enter with the court a notice of exemptions(if you have some).

If you declare BK, the judgment is then released, (your BK lawyer has to file a motion)It will still show on your credit reports as released or discharged in BK along with you other accounts.
