If your Corp. filed as a Corp. under it's own ID #, and not your SS#,then yes, you can declare personal BK, see your lawyer who filed for you to make sure everything was done, and will be done correctly, and beware of internet advice scams and trick "avoiding debt" websites,the only thing they are looking for is $$ from gullible people.
