Hi again,
she has nothing.. she has a pending lawsuit,(car accident that left her disabled) and I thought about throwing a lien on it, but the last lawyer I talk to said there is no gaurantee that I'd get the money.I dont understand that.
I do have her SS# The lawyer said I cant do anything leagal with it. A friend told me I can use it to track her down if I had to.
Since Im thinking about it, Is it possible for her to charge me with harrassment? I do call trying to get in touch to see when im getting another payment. 99% of the time its her mother or answering machine. I have left some strong messages(basically if i dont get paid, im taking leagal action) The reply to that one is if Im in jail you wont get paid. Its almost a taunt- like to me its saying- there is nothing you can do, you wont be paid anyway! It is very frustrating.I dont want to break any laws or make myself look like the bad one. Im trying to find out how to go about enforcing legal action.( I hope that made sense)
I am relieved to find out that i am not the only one out there who has gone through this kind of thing.I hope others have gotten thier money back.
Thank you so much for responding!
