First off I would like to thank you for all of your responses in my time of debt. I disputed all of the 9 neg. charges on all of my reports and got them knocked down to 4 being the most. I would like to ask Why do items on one report come back verified but on another are deleted? Also can I still dispute the items that come back verified via the collection agency? One more question. Is there a letter or format to disputing claims on a Chexsystem report?
