I was also summons by citibank..I owe them 1500 but i when to the court and contested they with jury they set a court date for feb and then the lawyer put a motion for continuens and know it is set for may 3. If i every get to go to court first i send citibank a letter of dispute and never got an answer and nevery go a letter from the attorney for validation. Also the attorneys call me to settle out of court but i refused. I ll let you know what happen after may 3.
