I can tell you exactly what to do and if you follow my advice you are gonna get PAID. I already talked to the attorney who has filed suits in 5 states against this company. He will take people on contingency(you pay nothing unless you win) but he needs proof and his biggest complaint is with their threats to your credit report. You are in a 1 party consent state. This means you can tape them legally without them even knowing. Get a tape recorder and one of those microphones that hook up to your phone(there is a $5 suction cup one at radio shack). When they call the next time start the tape rolling before you pick up the phone. String them along about the debt without actually admitting to the debt. Ask them if they can provide proof as you do not remember it. Ask them if they will place the tradeline on your credit report. Make yourself sounds really stupid so they think you are a sucker and GET IT ON TAPE. Ask them if you can be sued on the debt also. If you do this then email me at picantel4343@hotmail.com and I will send you the attorneys info. If you do this you can be the start of their downfall and think of the fun stories you can tell your grandchildren someday about the scammers who got scammed.
