CAMCO - What Do I Do Now , Why Chat?

I have been trying to find out what to do about this. I sent CAMCO the letter from WHY CHAT's Website telling them to verify the debt. And to cease and disist from calling me or attempting to collect this debt. The information they sent me said the debt was aquired from Capitol One 2-1-02 The debt was charged off by Sun Valley Water Beds 5-23-1993! The last activity was in 1993, they don't know the "last pay date" or "opened date" or the "last internal paydate". As it asks for in your letter they never sent me the "Agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he agreed to pay the creditor." They sent a letter offering to settle with me. They sent an Affidavit and Assignment Letter. What does that mean? The SOL is 5 years in OK. Can they report this on my credit report? What should I do now?
