If it is not being reported, they probably sold it to another even lower CA.

The only time you need an estoppal letter is to STOP them from continuing an action, (like reporting)

There is no way they can sue you, or report this if they cannot even respond with validation information.

Let it lie, until you hear from the next bottom feeder.
