Thank you for your clarification, it goes along with what I have been suggesting DEFENDANTS to do when they are sent interogatories AFTER raising a SOL defense.

In other words, if the PLAINTIFF has no proof to refute the defendants affirmative defense that a claim is time-barred,the DEFENDANT is under NO obligation to provide any information to he plaintiff that could be interpreted as proof against their own (the defendant's) interest.

I didn't thnk I was incorrect, but I have been working on my puter's memory,and it is my own that needs enhancement.
