She listed the Al SOL as 6 and the TX as 3. She said this is a loan taken out in Texas. This is not a credit card debt. Not having looked at the Texas code, the AL SOL is in fact 6 years. Ala.Code 6-2-34 If the Ala statute were shorter than the TX, then Ala would use its own statute.
