I THINK I understand your question-
1st- "Lawsuits after SOL"- The SOL defese is a DEFENSE to a lawsuit, it is NOT a bar to someone filing.

2nd- Chances for deletion on a tradeline dispute to CRAs after sending SOL letter to CA.

Well, when you dispute anything on your report, the CRA is required to investigate, which means they contact the party hat provided the entry, in this case-- a CA who has received a notice from you that any continued collection activities are prohibited, and that they my be sued for violating the prohibition, which in the SOL letter includes reporting.

So-- here is a CA who KNOWS that they cannot collect a ¢ from you,(because you know your rights) and has been NOTIFIED that you may take legal action if they continue to report to the CRA. What do YOU think they will do when they get a verification request from the CRA?
