What State was the judgment filed in?

It is normal for there to be two entries for the same account, one for the judgment and one for the underlying debt.

Just as in a BK, the Court filing is shown from the public records, and the OC from their report. However, there is an obvious error in the Bank charge-off date, it cannot have charged off AFTER the judgment filing date.

Before you dispute it,please make sure it is not a Florida judgment.
