I doubt you have grounds to vacate it.
If it is on the public records it will come off 7 years from the filing date.

HOWEVER, you can certainly dispute to the CRA the underlying Bank account chargeoff. Just refer in your dispute to the filed judgment and state that the bank record should be deleted as it is obsolete, having been charged off over a year prior to the judgment filing.
