In my past posts regarding Simm Assoc. collecting on my CCB chargeoff, since I am in a community property state, and it is within SOL, if they sue, can they get our checking account? Hubby has a business account with him only authorized, but we also have a joint checking account. He was not an authorized user on the card. Since I sent them validation letter, I have had phone calls stating they couldn't answer my questions until they talked to me on the phone, and the lady that said she has the results of my asset investigation keeps calling, but I haven't returned any phone calls.
