Why chat, i have an investment that is in a general partnership in which i get 2k a month, is that considered garnishable, the income plus my wages would make me head of household, My car is held in my name, is a 97, and has 2 years left to go on it through the finance company, would i be better off trying to put it in jt ownership???I live in florida...thanks
