According to what I've read on the board, you have rights, you can go to why chats credit confusion and send them a cease and desist letter..however this stops the harrassing calls, but also they can then notify you only of what their next legal action may be...why dont you get your phone number unlisted unpublished..that costs less, and dont give it out to anyone, only family
