The person I rent a room to has gotten into cc debt over their head and has filed bk. The creditors haven't yet been notified as the court filing was just done today. She is out of town and I'm receiving calls from Citicard. They tell me they can call every day since this is the only # they have for that person, even if it means harrassing me (I am disabled and semi bed-bound}. Is this true. Live in CA and of course Citi is in SD. Whose laws apply if they are different? Thank you
